Good morning Residents,
As your local neighbourhood policing team, we are keen to understand what happens in your area. As such, expect to see us around and popping up at different events. If you know of any upcoming events locally that we could attend, please let us know. Your local neighbourhood team is: • Police Constable 0730 - Andrew “Vinny” Moor • Police Community Support Officer 7780 - Chloe Sharp • Police Community Support Officer 7763 - Tracy Dyas You may or may not know, but your local team covers the entire ward, covering roughly 50 square miles, including Alkborough, Winterton, Flixborough, Coleby, and Winteringham, just to name a few. For that reason, it's important to us that residents be the eyes and ears of the community when we are policing other areas, and feed back to us any crime, suspicious activity or concerns. For example, recently we have received information about nuisance motorbikes, across the area and are working to identify key days and times alongside specific areas; to allow us to plan activity to tackle this issue. With the intention of reducing this behaviour and the impact it can have on your community, keeping your streets and homes safe from an avoidable danger. To make it easy for you to provide us with feedback about the community, or report any crimes or concerns, we have 4 ways that you can get in touch with us: • Call 101 for all non-emergencies crimes (Use 999 for all emergencies) • Send us a message on here, My Community Alert • Send us an email to Winterton@humberside.police.uk (Do not use to report emergencies) • Fill out the easy 4-question survey below - This takes 1 minute and allows us to have a proper record, linked to location, on issues within your area; We use this a lot when identifying recurring problems.
